in dem Inserat steht Öschle, es ist jedoch Ortsmitte, Konnte Account nur m eingeschränkter Vorauswahl frei schalten.
vermiete teilmöbiliertes Zim in meiner Wohnung, da ich beruflich viel unterwegs bin
(ohne Bett - kann Matratze zur Vergüung stellen) - Regale s. Bilder werden leergeräumt - Kleiderständer vorhanden
sulzberg ist 8 km von Kempten entfernt - 1 min ist die Bushaltestelle nach Kempten.
Vor Ort gibt es Bäcker, Lebensmittelgeschäft.
Bin kaum anwesend, deshalb steht die Wohnung fast allein zur Verfügung.
Voll möbiliert.
Im Aug. bin ich nur 1 Tag anwesend,
Im Sep evtl der halbe Monat oder nur 1 Woche.
Okt wohne ich wieder vor Ort. :-)
Wünschenswert ist pfleglicher Umgang und wenn meine Pflanzen versorgt werden.
