Hey hey heeeey 👋 Trotz etwas Entfernung zur Innenstadt handelt es sich hierbei bei einem optimalen WG Zimmer: Für den Preis, kriegt man schwierig was Besseres-es ist auch so preisgünstig, weil es sich im Keller eines Hauses 🏡 befindet-es ist also so was wie eine Kellerwohnung-Nichts desto trotz ist es ähnlich wie in einer richtigen Wohnung. Es ist ein nettes, mittelgroßes Zimmer, was auf dem ersten Blick relativ langweilig aussieht, aber das Gute ist: Es kann ,,gepimpt” werden: Du kannst SELber Laminat rein machen, tapezieren, einen fluffig warmen freshen Teppich hinlegen-in deinem Zimmer ist allllll ll llllles möglich
Und besonders kostenaufwändig ist das für 1Zimmer auch nicht (zum Glück :)
Also was sagst du? Interesse geweckt??
