ich vermiete mein Zimmer vom 01.07 bis zum 30.09 unter.
Das Zimmer hat 13 qm, hat bodentiefe Fenster und ist daher sehr hell. Zudem hat das Zimmer einen Terassenzugang sowie Zugang zum Garten.
Wichtig: es wird unmöbiliert vermietet!
Die Küche hat genügend Stauraum für alles was man braucht. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, du wirst dir das Badezimmer mit Fenster mit einer Mitbewohberin teilen.
Zu dem Zimmer gehört ein kleiner Keller. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind kostenlos. Parken ist auch kostenlos direkt vor dem Haus. Dein Rad kannst du im Keller oder draußen unter einem Dach unterstellen.
DM und Aldi sind 15 Gehminuten entfernt, der Bahnhof in Derendingen 10 min. Die Bushaltestelle ist 1min entfernt. Apotheke, Metzger, Gemüseladen, Bäcker etc sind 5min entfernt.
Man kann sehr schön über die Felder spazieren gehen und die Steinlach ist auch nicht weit entfernt.
Mitbewohner sind: Emma (Medizin), Marçal (PoWi), Leonie ( Info).
WG-Leben ist sehr ruhig, Einhaltung des Putzplans ist wichtig.

I am subletting my room from 01.07 to 30.09.
The room has 13 square meters, has floor-to-ceiling windows and is therefore very bright. The room also has access to the terrace and the garden.
Important: it is rented unfurnished!
The kitchen has enough storage space for everything you need. There are two bathrooms, you will share the bathroom with window with a roommate.
A small cellar belongs to the room. Washing machine and dryer are free of charge. Parking is also free directly in front of the house. You can store your bike in the cellar or outside under a roof.
DM and Aldi are a 15-minute walk away, the train station in Derendingen is 10 minutes away and the bus stop is 1 minute away. Pharmacy, butcher, greengrocer, bakery etc. are 5 minutes away.
You can go for a nice walk across the fields and the Steinlach is also not far away.
Roommates are: Emma (Medicine), Marçal (PoWi), Leonie ( Info).
Shared flat life is very quiet, adherence to the cleaning schedule is important.
