Hey du,

Ich bin Jana und suche für meine wunderschöne 3-Zimmerwohnung in Lustnau eine*n neuen Mitbewohner*in. Ich hab die Wohnung im November 2021 als Erstbezug erhalten.
Da mein aktueller Mitbewohner auszieht suche ich nun eine Person für chilliges Zusammenleben.
Die Wohnung hat ein sehr großes und schönes Wohn-/Esszimmer mit offener Küche, einen Balkon und eine Terrasse. Zudem gibt es ein Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche und Toilette, sowie eine seperate Toilette.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Rewe, 2 Bäcker, Lottoladen und Metzger. Ausserdem sind ein paar Restaurants/ Imbisse, ein Blumenladen und 2 Tankstellen in der Nähe. Auch die Busse 1,7 und 22 fahren in unmittelbarer Nähe ab.
Die Bilder werden der Wohnung leider nicht annäherend gerecht, daher musst du wohl vorbei kommen und dir das in Echt anschauen.

Ich würde mich freuen, wenn wir manchmal gemeinsam Abends auf dem Balkon den Tag entspannt ausklingen lassen, einen Wein/Bier/Spezi/ etc trinken und quatschen, ist aber keine Pflicht. Gern können wir auch mal eine WG Party oder Ähnliches machen, lohnt sich hier bei gutem Wetter immer;)

Ich arbeite in der offenen Jugendarbeit und habe daher eher “ungewöhnliche” Arbeitszeiten. Bin also oft erst spät am Abend wieder zu Hause und arbeite auch Samstags, dafür Montags nicht.
In meiner Freizeit bin ich oft unterwegs und bei Freund*innen. Diese sind auch sehr gern hier zu Besuch, und geniessen den Balkon mit mir/uns.
Ich freue mich von dir zu hören und wenn du ein bisschen von dir erzählst:)

Mein Mitbewohner würde einige seiner Möbel verkaufen, falls daran Interesse besteht.

I‘m Jana and I'm looking for a new roommate for my beautiful 3-room apartment in Lustnau. I‘m living in this flat since end of 2021.
Since my current roommate is leaving I'm now looking for a new roomie.
The apartment has a very large and beautiful living/dining room with an open kitchen, a balcony and a terrace. There is a bathroom with a bathtub, shower and toilet, as well as a separate toilet.
We are lving close to Rewe, 2 bakerys, lottery shop and butcher. There are also a few restaurants/snack bars, a flower shop and 2 gas stations nearby. Busses 1,7 and 22 are only 2 minutes away aswell.
Unfortunately, the pictures don't come close to the reality so I guess you’ll have to cone a round and take a look yourself.

I’d be happy to chill in the evening with a wine/ beer/ Spezi and have a chat but that’s not mandatory.
In aummer it’s really nice to enjoy the balcony or have a little party outside (or in winter inside;)).

I work with teens at a Jugendhaus (whatever the english word for it would be) therefore have rather “unusual” working hours. I often don't get home until late in the evening and work on Saturdays, but not on Mondays.
In my free time I often visit friends, go out or try to do some sports.
My friends love to visit here and enjoy the balcony with me/us.

Die Wohnung liegt in Tübingen Lustnau. Rewe, Bäcker, Metzger, Lottoladen etc. finden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch 2 Bushaltestellen sind sehr schnell erreichbar an denen die 1,7 und 22 fahren.
Wer gerne in der Natur ist hat es nicht weit in den Wald Richtung Bebenhausen oder ins Egeriaviertel ans Wasser.

The flat is in Lustbau. Rewe, bakery, butcher, gasstation and busses are about 2 minutes walking distance.
If you like going to forests for a walk or the water you can easily visit the forest or the egeria in a few minutes walking.

Da wir nur zu 2. Sind ist das WG-Leben auch abhängig von dir l.
Momentan haben wir manchmal spontan Abends etwas gemacht und auch zusammen one piece geschaut. Alles kann nichts muss.

What mu roomie says: “Living with you is great! I think you are very nice and communicative ^^”

Because we are living only the two of us the situation also depends on the other person. Atm we were chilling sometimes in the living room and watching one piece together or have a small vhat in the evening.
