Dear potential room seeker,
We are searching for a new tenant for one of the two rooms in our shared apartment (WG). The available room is bright and has access to a shared balcony with your future roommate. Additionally, the apartment is located in a very central area, with the train station just a 10-minute walk away, with a bike you can reach Rewe, Kaufland, McFit, and the shopping center in Südstadt(Edeka, Lindl, Netto, dm...) in 10-15 minutes. We have nearby bus stops: Hegelstraße(bus line 5, 16), right across the street, and Regierungspräsidium(bus line 2).
Please note that the furniture is not included in the apartment, but you need to buy the closet, the shoe closet, the drawer and the bedframe for 250 euros, because I cannot them with me.
The apartment features a spacious and well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. There is a storage room within the apartment and a separate storage area in the basement. The basement also houses washing machines and dryers, and a space to hang your laundry to dry.
Your new flatmate, Malek, is a 28-year-old who has PhD and now he is doing dental practice in Tübingen. He doesn't live in Germany long but he speaks German well and he will be very happy if he can practice German with you.
Order in the WG is important to her, so it would be great if you are interested in following the WG cleaning plan and if you can imagine behaving quietly in the shared apartment from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
