Dear flat hunters,
I'm looking for a tenant to take over my room from September till November (with possible extension), since I'll be leaving. The room has a desk and shelves. The bed belongs to another tenant. You could discuss that with our roommate and you could likely use it for free. The apartment itself is very spacious and fully equipped with a machine machine in a large bathroom (separate from the toilet). The kitchen is equipped with a large modern electric stove, dish washer, oven. All sorts of kitchenware are available. The apartment is fairly quiet, with renovated windows for better soundproof capabilities.
The 450 euros/month rent includes everything (inc. 100 mbps internet).
The apartment is located 5 min walking distance away from the train station. There is a bus stop right across the street. It is on the south side of the train station in the residential area. There is a REWE supermarket just 8 minutes away. The glass bins are nearby to the west, about 2 minutes walking distance away.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared, appliances in the common areas are also shared. There are three other people living here, all working. One of them is here only on weekends, and the others are here more regularly. Although this is a WG, everyone here is a working adult, and there is no real 'communal life'. Each person keeps to themselves.
You will take over my cleaning duty of cleaning the bathroom every weekend. The other common areas will be cleaned by the other tenants. Alternatively, you could discuss a new arrangement with the other tenants.
