Zimmer im WHO zur Untermiete **Internationals Welcome**

Das Zimmer befindet sich im WHO, ein Edeka ist wenige Minuten entfernt, sowie das legendäre Kuckuck. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man auch die Bushaltestelle, von im Abstand weniger Minuten Busse Richtung Hauptbahnhof, zu den Kliniken und zum Max-Planck-Institut fahren – eine bessere Anbindung gibt es eigentlich nicht. In wenigen Minuten ist man auch auf dem Feld zum Joggen oder Spazieren gehen, die Sportplätze an der nahe gelegenen Schule sind am Abend offen für alle, die Fußball, Badminton oder Volleyball spielen möchten. Auf dem Gelände des WHO gibt es zudem eine Tischtennisblatte.

Location

The room is located in the WHO, an Edeka is a few minutes away, as well as the legendary Kuckuck. In a few minutes you can also reach the bus stop, from which buses are leaving every five to ten minutes to the main train station, to the clinics and to the Max Planck Institute – there is actually no better connection. In a few minutes you are also in the fields for jogging or going for a walk, the sports grounds of the nearby school are open in the evening for those who want to play football, badminton or volleyball. You can also play table tennis on the premises of the WHO.

Insgesamt leben 6 Leute in der Wohnung. Die große Küche teilen wir uns gemeinsam, es gibt 2 Bäder. Du wirst das Bad mit zwei anderen Bewohner*innen teilen. Die Toilette und die Dusche sind getrennt, es gibt also nie Stau. Es ist eine sehr aufgeschlossene, liebe WG, die ich sehr vermissen werde. Wir hatten immer viel Spaß gemeinsam. Ab und zu wird zusammen gekocht, ins Kuckuck gegangen oder einfach auch nur geplaudert, wenn man sich in der Küche trifft. Alles aber ganz zwanglos. Du wirst dich bestimmt sofort wohlfühlen.

Live in the dorm

A total of 6 people live in the apartment. We share the large kitchen together, there are 2 bathrooms. You will be sharing one of the bathrooms with two other residents. The toilet and shower are separate, so there is never any jam in the morning. The flatmates a very great, open-minded people, I will miss them very much. We always had a lot of fun together. From time to time we cooked together, went to Kuckuck or just chatted when we did meet in the kitchen. You will definitely feel at home right away.

In den Kosten sind alle Nebenkosten enthalten. Das Zimmer muss zum ersten Oktober wieder frei sein, eine Verlängerung ist nicht möglich. Das Zimmer ist über das Studentenwohnheim an mich vermietet, du bekommst einen Vertrag zur Untermiete. Da ich der Hauptmieter bin, möchte ich am 30. September überprüfen, ob das Zimmer ordentlich an die nächste Mieter*in übergeben wird. Eine Waschmaschine im Keller ist vorhanden, bezahlt wird mit dem Studentenausweis. Da jede Bewohner*in einen eigenen Internetvertrag abschließt müsstest du dich selbst um das W-Lan kümmern.

All utilities are included in the cost. The room must be empty again by the 30th of September, an extension is not possible. The room is rented to me through the student dormitory, you get a contract for subletting. Since I am the main tenant, I will have to check on the 30th of September, if the room is in order for the new tenant. A washing machine in the basement is available, payment is made with the student ID. Since each resident has their own internet contract, you would have to take care of the Wi-Fi yourself.
