This is very quiet and beautiful room of 21 sqm. It has hardwood floor, floor heating and is fully furnished with matrimony bed and new furnitures. You also have TV connection in the room.
The room connects with a big and sunny porch, that's amazing to enjoy good weather time.
It is located close to the public pool and the Neckar river. Additionally, its location is perfect if you work or want to go to Tubingen city center (about 15 min walk into the center of Tuebingen or 5 min by bike) and you will find public transport in less than 5 min.
A nice bath and kitchen is shared by both tenants. People are very quite and it is a perfect flat if you want to be quite after a long day.
The best of this flat is not only that everything is new and very high quality, but also the large porch in front of the room (more than 50 sqm used be both tenants) and a big garden.
Additionally, you also have a garaje for bikes, in case that you want to use bike in Tubingen (very useful in my opinion)
The cost including utilities is 480 EUROs/month based on a one-person-occupancy.
