The room is part of a shared apartment on the ground floor of an old building house with several student apartments and is approx. 20 m2 in size. Since the room is on the north side, the sun never shines directly into the room, which is very pleasant, as there is still enough daylight. You would share the bathroom with one another person (Anja has her own bathroom). It is 10 m2 large and includes a shower. The kitchen on the other hand is shared by all three members of WG.
The room is fully furnished with double-size bed and mattress, sofa, study table, chair, and cupboard. Moreover, the room has three windows in total and the windows can be covered with blinds to prevent sunlight.
The apartment is formally in the western part of the city, but you are only a few steps away from Haagtorplatz and thus in the middle of the old town of Tübingen. A few bus stations are located very close to the house and thus it is possible to reach HBF in 5 to 7 minutes with bus. Numerous supermarkets (REWE,EDEKA,) and electronics stores (Saturn) are within walking distance (3 minutes). The university can be reached by bike with in 7 minutes and the train station within 5 minutes.
You will share the flat with Lennart and Anja. Both are very open-minded and always helpful. Both are very happy about a conversation while cooking or a breakfast together. But there are no fixed days of being together, everything is spontaneous.
