Wir suchen für unsere WG im Zentrum von Uelzen eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in, die die WG übernimmt als Hauptmieter.
Gerade/1. Februar ist unsere 3. Bewohnerin ausgezogen. Das große, sonnige Zimmer ist also frei.
Da wir anderen beiden überlegen gegen Ende des Jahres auszuziehen, Kannst Du bestimmen, ob Du die Wohnung als Wg weiternutzen möchtest oder als eigene Wohnung übernimmst.
Die Wohnung hat ein schönes Bad, eine Küche und auch dein Zimmer ist quadratisch, praktisch groß: 16 qm.
Zu uns: wir sind am Arbeiten, also mehr nachmittags/ abends dort (eine von uns wohnt nur Wochentags bei uns) zugänglich, zuverlässig, sauber, ordentlich, lustig, sportlich.
Gerne würden wir dir die Wohnung zeigen und dich kennen lernen.
