Das Zimmer ist das einzige mit direktem Zugang zu der Terrasse. Es ist wunderbar hell, sonnig und warm.
Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um einen komplett sanierten Bauernhof.
Sanitäre Anlagen und Küche etc. sind 3 Jahre alt.
Das Gebäude wurde vor 3 Jahren fertiggestellt.
Ich war Erstbewohner, das Zimmer wurde pfleglich behandelt und sieht aus wie neu.
Internet ist vorhanden.
Die Küche und das große Wohnzimmer befindet sich auf der selben Etage.

Das Gebäude steht am Ortstand von Donaustetten.
mit Blick direkt in die freie Natur.
In Laufweite ist die Bushaltestelle.
Es ist kein Problem nach Ulm zu kommen.
Vor dem Haus sind auch genügend Parkplätze.
Auch Erbach ist in 4 Minuten mit dem PKW zu erreichen.
Der nächstgelegene Bahnhof befindet sich ebenfalls in Erbach.

Die WG ist sehr harmonisch.
Es wird oft gemeinsam gekocht, gespielt.
Auf Wunsch finden am WE auch gemeinsame Ausflüge statt.
