Das zimmer ist Möbeliert.
Das Bett ist auf Bierkästen und 90x200.
Hab als Alternative im Keller ein 160x200 Bett.
Wer das möchte muss es nur sagen, ich bau es dann auf
Ein Schlafsofa gibt es auch (das Blaue).
Das Zimmer ist in eine sehr gutem Zustand.
Neu saniert wurde die gesammte Wohnung letztes Jahr.
Fenster geht auf die Straße raus.

Es ist alles da was man benötigt
Küche ist voll ausgestattet
Bad hat eine Wanne als auch Dusche mit Kabine
Wenn es noch fragen gibt, könnt ihr diese gerne in der Mail stellen
Telefonieren geht nach Absprache auch
Die Wohnung ist direkt an der Hauptstraße.
Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind hört man aber so gut wie garnichts.
Die Busshaltestellen sind je eine Minute zu Fuß Entfernt
Es fahren die Linien 3-5-6 richtung Uni
Die linien 3-5 in die Stadt
Alle 5 Minuten ca Fährt ein Bus
10 Min zu Fuß ist die große Einkaufsstraße (Blaubeurerstraße)
Und in 15 Minuten läuft man in die Stadt
Ich selber bin viel unterwegs oder hab gelegentlich Besuch da
Ihr könnt selber auch Besuch empfangen
Die wohnung ist ordentlich und aufgeräum
Jemand ordentliches und ruhiges wäre mir recht
Tierlieb da eine Katze in der Wohung lebt
