Das Zimmer hat ca. 14 qm. Der Zugang zum Balkon geht über ein anderes Zimmer. Dieser ist trotzdem für alle Bewohner. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr große und helle Küche sowie einen Fahrradkeller, Waschkeller sowie einem Kellerabteil.
Das Bad ist relativ klein, was bis jetzt jedoch nie ein Problem war. Dazu kommt die Badewanne :)
Zur Uni Ulm sind es mit dem Fahrrad 10 min. In die Stadt sind es mit dem Bus 15 Min. BushalteStelle ist direkt vor der Haustür (3min)
Dazu kommt der 200 m entfernte Rewe. ZUm Blautal Center sind es zu Fuß ebenfalls nur 10 min. Zum Bad Blau bzw. Zur Blau runter sind es mit Fahrrad und Auto auch nur 10 Min..
Ich suche nette Bewohner, die so kommunikativ und offen wie ich sind. Ich koche gern mal zusammen oder verbringen gern mal Abende wo man zusammen sitzt und was trinkt ;). Ich reite, Tanze gerne latein und gehe regelmäßig ins Fitness. :) Beruflich bin ich als Therapeutin in Ulm tätig. :))
HausTiere sind leider auf Grund des Mietvertrags nicht erlaubt :/
Ich finde es wichtig, das die Wohnung sauber gehalten wird. Da ja jeder gerne in einer sauberen Küche kocht :) Der Balkon sollte wie gesagt für alle zugänglich sein!
Bei weiter Fragen stehe ich natürlich gerne jederzeit zur Beantwortung zur Verfügung
