Hallo :)
Wir sind zwei Studenten - Jasmin (23) und Thomas (26) - und suchen für unsere 3er WG eine neue Mitbewohnerin. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 70m² groß, hat drei Zimmer, ein 20m² Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, dazu Bad und Küche. Alle Zimmer sind mit hellem Laminat ausgelegt (bis auf Küche/Bad).
Die Anbindung zu den Öffentlichen ist bei uns super. Die Wohnung liegt am Eselsberg zwischen Straßenbahnhaltestelle Multscherschule und Bushaltestelle Burgunderweg, zu beiden dauert es zu Fuß etwa 2 min. Dazu liegt 5 min zu Fuß entfernt das Stifterzentrum mit Banken, Rewe, Bäcker usw.
Zur Uni kommt man auch ohne Bus, mit dem Fahrrad dauert es etwa 10-15 minuten, zu Fuß 20-25 (je nach Tempo :D).
Jasmin studiert Wirtschaftsmathe im Bachelor und Thomas schreibt gerade seine Masterarbeit. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und suchen deswegen jemanden, der das gleiche in einer WG sucht :) Abends gibts gerne mal zusammen ein Bier oder einen Spieleabend. Und wenn Du mal Lust auf Cocktails hast, gibts den berüchtigten, selbstgemachten Caipi! Aber keine Sorge - wir sind keine Party-WG, bei der jedes Wochenende steilgegangen wird (oder aber sorry, wenn du das gerne hättest :D).
