The room is bright and has a beautiful view. There is a balcony directly in front of the window that can be used by everyone. Here you can enjoy the wonderful afternoon/evening sun.
The room is also equipped with a bed (90cmx200cm), mattress, desk, desk chair and wardrobe. If you prefer to use your own furniture, you can always store the bed etc. in the spacious celler room. There is definitely enough space in the room to bring your own sofa.
As already mentioned, the flat has its own cellar, where bicycles can also be safely stored. We also have our own washing machine, which is located in a laundry room in the basement.
The flat also has a separate toilet, a small dining room and even a dishwasher in the kitchen :)
This is the only shared flat in the building which is very pleasant and quiet. The nearest supermarket (Rewe), butcher, baker, pizzeria is about 50 metres away. The nearest bus stop is about a 4-5 minute walk away. Using the bus, you can reach the university in about 7 minutes and the city centre in about 10 minutes. Alternatively, the tram line is not far away.
Your flatmates are a medical student, a molecular medicine student and a chemistry student. All three are always happy to have a chat in the kitchen. Of course, everyone can also withdraw if they need some peace and quiet, or if they have a lecture online, etc.
They are always happy to have game nights. A huge game collection is already available :)
Since I am not German myself, they were always happy to speak with me in English and patient when I was speaking German. This has been no problem at all.
The rent is 410 € per month. This includes everything except broadband and TV/Radio licence fee (13 € per month).
