It is a large , fully furnished , comfortable room with a sloping ceiling . There is ample storage space and a balcony shared with another room . There are also chairs and tables here , so nothing stands in the way of a cozy evening on the balcony . There is also enough space for personal items. There are two windows , so the room is very bright when the shutters are open .
Location
The WG is located in the district of Lehr, which is a bit outside of the city but is easy to reach by public transport. There are several bus stops within a 5-10 minute radius and the nearest tram stop is a 20 minute walk away. A particularly good thing about the location is its proximity to the university. It takes about 20-30 minutes on foot and 10-15 minutes by bike.
Flat-share
Some roommates are currently moving out or making their room available for subletting, but one student will continue to live here. There is another flat share in the house, which often organizes cooking evenings with our flat share. I could imagine that this will continue to take place . Otherwise the tenants of the house are very nice. Another couple lives on the middle floor and they are helpful and sociable.
