chönes 1 Zi in 3 WG mit Bad, Dusche und WC. Das Haus ist Baujahr 1964. Es wurde die Zentralheizung mal erneuert. Das Bad wurde auch mal erneuert
Im Haus sind noch mehr Studenten.
Eine Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine ist im UG. Das Zimmer ist im Süden des Hauses, hat ca 18 m² zuzüglich Balkon
Die Omnibushaltestelle Wendeschleife ist in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Die Busse fahren halbstündlich zur Uni. Fahrtdauer10 Min. Fahrstrecke ca 2,5 km. Bis zur Stadtmitte HBH ca 25 Min.
In Mähringen hat es ein Dorflädele für Grundbedarf. Aldi ,Lidl, Rewe in Blaustein, ca 3,5 km. E Center in Lehr ca 3 km.
Wir haben hier gegenüber der Omnibushaltestelle einen Ortsrandbauernhof mit Pensionspferdestall.
Im Pensionsstall hätte es auch noch Platz für ein Pferd..
