Our apartment is very centrally located in Ulm, next to the city library opposite bars and very close to the Donauwiese. The connection to public transportation is ideal here, as the stop "Rathaus" is well connected to all necessary lines. Ulm University, TH or HNU are all within easy reach. But everything is also easy to reach by bike.
On foot:

Tobi loves growing plants and will talk to you if you are interested or have any questions. purpose WG!!! Everyone is so friendly and respectful to each other, I'm sad to be leaving them for work.....
About our dynamic:
There are days and evenings when we chat regularly and a lot or even arrange to meet up for game nights and sometimes it's quieter.
You can always sit with someone in the kitchen with your food or you can withdraw, as everyone completely understands that you want and need your peace and quiet 😃
Equipment:
The flat share has a modern and large kitchen with all the necessary appliances and a dishwasher (very practical). There is also a small and a large bathroom plus a bicycle storage room next to the front door. There is also a cellar. The common living room is particularly suitable for pre-drinking with friends or chatting. 😁😎
