Hallo neue Mitbewohnerin/ neuer Mitbewohner :)
da es mich beruflich wegzieht wird dieses schöne Zimmer für die oben genannte Zeit frei. Es ist ca. 11 m² groß und schön hell. Das Zimmer zeigt in den Innenhof und ist daher sehr ruhig.
Das komplette Haus wurde 2019 renoviert, somit ist alles sehr neu und gepflegt. Die gemeinsame Küche ist sehr groß und hat alles was man braucht, sogar eine Spülmaschine. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine sowie einen Trockner.
Für dein Fahrrad gibt es im Innenhof einen Fahrradschuppen. Im ganzen Haus wohnen WGs und es herrscht eine angenehme und persönliche Atmosphäre.
Die Wohnung liegt zentrumsnah und du brauchst zu Fuß nur 5-10min zum Ulmer Münster. Straßenbahn, Bus, Döner und Post sind quasi direkt vor der Tür - für einen Studenten also perfekt :)
Dein Mitbewohner heißt Daniel und arbeitet in Ulm. Er ist sehr offen und macht viel Sport. Leider wird er vermutlich im Sommer ausziehen, weshalb dann sein Zimmer frei wird.
