Hallo liebe WG-Sucherin,
in meinem freistehenden Einfamilienhäusle im grünen und ruhigen Örlinger Tal sind zwei kleine teilmöbilierte Zimmer (Bett, Schrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch) frei. Das Bad und die Küche werden gemeinsam genutzt (Toiletten getrennt). Stadtnah mit großem Garten. Mit dem Rad sind es knapp 10 Minuten ins Zentrum Ulm. Busanbindung ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt.
Hier ist also ein guter Platz zum Wohnen, Lernen und Entspannen in einem beschaulichen Tal mit netten Leuten drumherum. Ich bin eine quirlige 65jährige und suche eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin.
