Das Zimmer hat am Abend Sonne, zwei Fenster und ist im Winter immer warm, da die Heizungsrohre im Boden verlaufen. Mit Blick aus dem Fenster hat man Blick auf eine schöne Nachbarschaft (Backsteinhäuser).
Ein Luxus dieser Wohung sind die getrennten Badezimmer (männlich-weiblich). In jedem Badezimmer gibt es zwei Duschen Klos und Waschbecken, du hättest also je eins für dich alleine ;)
Die Wohnung liegt in der Oststadt. In der Nähe gibt es Rewe, Lidl und die MOBAR (Gutenbergwohnheim). Außerdem ist man in 2 min an der 4er Haltestelle und in 7 an der 1er. Die Friedrichsau ist nur ein Katzensprung entfernt.
Keine Zweck-WG, wir machen gerne mal ne WG Party und auch so chillen wir abends viel zusammen rum. Es gibt ein Bierpongtisch im Flur, der sehr groß ist.
Gekocht wird auch mal gern zusammen, bzw eher von den Mädels ;)
Prinzipiell ist es bei uns eher etwas unordentlich und du solltest damit kein Problem haben, aber auch nicht zu chaotisch sein :)
Wenn du eine lustige Person bist, die für fast jeden Spaß zu haben ist, meld dich ;)
