Die Wohnung befindet sich in Neu Ulm Offenhausen in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Donau und dem Park "Friedrichsau". Somit kannst du perfekt an der Donau entlang joggen oder Volleyball, Basketball, Fußball im Park spielen oder auch einfach nur die Slackline aufhängen. Um in die Stadt zu gelangen kannst du entweder die Donau mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß entlang laufen und stehst somit je nach Fortbewegungsmittel in 5-15 min vor dem Ulmer Münster. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel bist du zudem auch super easy in 10 min in der Stadt.
Falls du ein Auto haben solltest, kannst du dies ohne Parkausweis vor der Wohnung parken.

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel:
Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung.

Einkaufen:
Zu Fuß erreichst du den den Penny in ca 7 min. Mit dem Rad hast du die Möglichlkeit einen LIDL und einen Rewe innerhalb von 10 min zu erreichen. Mit einem Auto steht dir sowieso die Welt offen ;)

The apartment is located in Neu Ulm-Offenhausen in close proximity to the Donau and the park "Friedrichsau". So you can perfectly running along the Donau or play volleyball, basketball, soccer in the park or just hang up the slackline and chill comfortably in the park. To get to the city you can either walk or cycle along the Donua and depending on your means of transport you will be in front of the Ulmer Münster in 5-15 minutes. With the public transport you are also super easy in 10 min in the city.
If you have a car, you can park it in front of the apartment without a parking permit.

The public transport is within 5 minutes walking distance and is located very close to the apartment

Groceries:
By foot you reach the Penny in about 7 min. By bike you have the possibility to reach a LIDL and a Rewe within 10 min. With a car the world is open to you anyway ;)

Das WG-Leben gestaltet sich ganz entspannt und spielt sich hauptsächlich auf der Terrasse oder im Wohnzimmer ab. So trifft man sich abends beispielsweise auf ein Getränk deiner Wahl im Wohnzimmer, kocht was zusammen oder schaut einen Film. Bei gutem Wetter machen wir auch gerne mal ne Runde Sport.
