Hello , I am looking for a flat mate.
Important is that you are also working. No students please, since I am working full time.
You will find in the flat everything from full equipped kitchen or a Chill lounge on the balcony.
You room has a nice bed , closet and own television system. If you need anything extra , just bring it or let me know so that I can equip the room additionally.
Or you want to bring your own stuff that's fine for me
Additional you can also use the garden which is 15 min away by bike.

The location is next to REWE or Müller. Just two minutes away.
Additional you have the bus/ street train station 3 mins away.
If you are interested in jogging you will find nice tracks after 5 min of jogging
I am full time working and looking for someone else working full time.
I go often for dinning or some drinks at the Donau.
We can do a lot together if you like but I am also down for some private time.
For sports, I go often skiing or hiking.
Normally I cook every evening, feel free to join or lets share the work.
The flat is always clean and I take care of most of it. However I expect, that you also take part in cleaning the flat.
Beside it can be that I am out because of business. Than the flat is all yours ;)
