Das Zimmer ist ca. 30 qm groß und teilmöbeliert. Es hat hohe altbautypische Decken und Zugang zu einer separaten Toilette.
Man teilt sich zu zweit ein Wohnzimmer, ein Badezimmer und die Küche.
Die restliche Wohnung ist voll möbeliert.

Die Wohnung kann ab März könnte komplett übernommen werden da wir planen sie dann aufzulösen.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Römerplatz, von dem aus die Linie 2 in Richtung Uni abfährt .
Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist dadurch super.
Zufuß kann man die Innenstadt in 15 min erreichen
Ein Lidl, Rewe und Müller sind auch in 3-10 min zufuß erreichbar.
Deine Mitbewohnerin wird eine 26 Jährige Medizinstudentin, die ab November ins PJ kommt.
Ich habe mir die letzten 3 Jahre mit ihr die Wohnung geteilt, ziehe jetzt aber um.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine Spülmaschine und allem was das Herz sonst noch begehrt.
