The room is spacious with 2 windows and a view of the Ulmer Münster (facing East). It has 2 heaters, and the walls are white now, but you have the option to paint - our landlord is flexible!
The room is unfurnished but you can buy the furniture (closet, desk, maybe the bed) if you'd like, we can discuss that in person.
The rest of the apartement is furnished but you would have a lot of space to change things or add new decorations. We have a huge living room and also a nice kitchen (new in April 2020) with lots of space for your personal stuff.
We have a dishwasher and a washing machine, too.
There is also a lovely sunny balcony (facing South) with space to have a little garden if you'd like.

Das Zimmer ist perfekt geschnitten (nahezu quadratisch), hat zwei Fenster mit Münsterblick (Richtung Osten, also mit wunderschöner Morgensonne). Es gibt zwei Heizungen, und die Wände kannst du ganz flexibel selbst streichen (aktuell sind sie weiß).
Der Raum ist unmöbliert, die Möbel (Schrank, Schreibtisch, evtl. das Bett) können aber auch für eine geringe Ablöse übernommen werden. Das können wir dann persönlich besprechen.
Der Rest der großen Wohnung ist möbliert, es gibt aber genug Platz, um Sachen zu verändern oder zu dekorieren. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer und auch eine große neue Küche (Einbau im April 2020) mit genug Platz für deine persönlichen Sachen.
Es gibt eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine, in der Hinsicht sind wir also komplett ausgestattet.
Außerdem gibt es einen hübschen kleinen Balkon (Südseite, also wunderbar sonnig), auf dem du gärtnern oder einfach nur den Sommer genießen kannst.
Very conveniently located in the Weststadt, only 100 m from Blücherstraße tram stop (line 1), 1 stop away from Ehinger Tor. In total, it only takes 19 minutes to reach the University.
400 m to Lidl, 800 m to Rewe, only across the street to reach our favourite bakery "Café Adelbert".
Parking in the neighbourhood is available with the Bewohnerparkausweis or for free.
Easy walk to Bauhaus, IKEA, Hornbach, etc.
Getting to the city center is under 10 minutes by tram, and everything is reachable by bike.

DIe Wohnung befindet sich in der Weststadt, es sind nur 100 m (1 min Fußweg) zur Haltestelle "Blücherstraße" der Linie 1, eine Haltestelle bis zum Ehinger Tor. Zur Uni sind es 19 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn.
In der Nähe gibt es Lidl (400 m), Rewe (800 m) und eine der letzten Handwerksbäckereien (Café Adelbert).
Parken direkt vor dem Haus ist mit einem Bewohnerparkausweis möglich, in der Querstraße "Wörthstraße" (1 min entfernt) ist das Parken kostenlos.
Richtung Bauhaus/IKEA/Hornbach oder an die Donau ist es ein kurzer Spaziergang oder Radfahrt.
Zum Zentrum sind es auch nur 10 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn und mit dem Rad bist du schnell an jedem Ziel.

# Amai, 23, Spanish, speaks German, English and Spanish and studies Computer Science at TH Ulm. He likes bouldering, video-gaming and playing volleyball.
# Johanna, 23, German, speaks German, English, Spanish and is an intern at Fraunhofer in Stuttgart. She likes painting and creative work. During summer, she loves inline-skating at the Donau and spending time at the lake. She also plays volleyball.
Living on the lower-level floor:
# Grace, 26, American, speaks English and is learning German. She works as an engineer with planes at the university and likes singing and is part of a band. She likes cooking (alone or together with room mates) and occasionally does work-outs, maybe also with you ;)

We like to spend time together in our living room - we have an awesome couch and love watching movies togehter. We sometimes share a meal or cook together on the weekend when timing works out :) At the same time, we are also cool about giving each other space when we need it. That's the plus side of having a large apartment: lots of space for everyone.

# Johanna, 23, aus Deutschland, spricht Deutsch, Englisch, ein bisschen Spanisch, und macht ein Praktikum am Fraunhofer-Institut in Stuttgart. Sie mag es zu malen und andere kreative Sachen. Im Sommer geht sie gerne an der Donau Inliner fahren oder an den See. Außerdem spielt sie Volleyball.
Im unteren Stockwerk wohnen:
# Grace, 26, aus den USA, spricht Englisch und lernt Deutsch und arbeitet als Ingenieurin an der Universität Ulm. Sie mag es zu singen und ist Teil einer Band. Sie mag kochen (allein oder gemeinsam) und ab und zu Sport zu machen.
# DU!
Wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander in unserem großen Wohnzimmer. Wir haben eine riesige Couch für Film- / Serienabende. Am Wochenende essen wir gerne gemeinsam oder kochen gerne zusammen.
Natürlich macht auch jeder mal etwas für sich und in der großen Wohnung kann auch jeder seinen Freiraum haben.
Wir suchen jemanden, der das WG-Leben mag , sich gerne auch mal auf Englisch unterhält und insgesamt ein humorvoller und freundlicher Mensch ist.
