Indoors stairs to the Basement floor and shared toilet with me. Common space is the living room, Kitchen and Private Garden (I am a Big fan of BBQs).

The apartment has two entrances. One from the Ground floor and one from the Basement.
One Key is going to be provided.
The rules are very strict in case you lose the key!!! All the Apartment keys have to be replaced and according to the Building rules it can be asked to replace also Garage keys and entrance keys! Note that the expenses are close to 2000 Euros to 3000 Euros as the security keys have to be provided to the rest of the people who are living in the apartment.
The apartment is going to be furnished by me in the common areas.
In the kitchen: New wooden Kitchen, and brand new Cooking accessories, Fridge, DishWasher, Stove, etc.
