We, two female students, are renting two rooms (16 m² and 12m²) from June 1st to August 31st 2010. The rooms are fully furnished and all utilities (e.g. internet, wash machine) are included. The rooms are on the second floor of a single family house and you would share the kitchen and bathroom with our roommate Dani.. Both rooms have nice wooden floors and walk-in closets.
The house is in a quiet neighborhood (Lombok) and you are within 7 minutes at the train station with the bike. The bus stop is within 100m of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher.
The bigger room will be 400€ a month, the smaller 350€. Deposit would be 400€ or 350€.
We are looking for two easy-going and responsible people, students, workers, etc.
The rooms can be rented separately or to two friends.
A special feature: We would leave our bikes!
