Hallo,
ich bin ein paar Wochen im Urlaub und biete daher mein Studentenzimmer in diesem Zeitraum an.
Ich wohne in einer super gezelligen 10er-WG etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Rad von der Innenstadt. Mein Zimmer ist natürlich möbliert und auf Wunsch gibt es auch noch ein Stadtfahrrad (mit Gangschaltung, funktionierenden Bremsen und Licht) dazu.
Schreib mir wenn du fragen hast.
Es ist eine Nicht-Raucher-WG, also nirgendswo im Gebäude rauchen. Ein Kandidat sollte auch Student oder Praktikant sein. Suchst du Arbeit in Utrecht und willst du egal wo irgendwie günstig wohnen? ... dann ist dies nicht das richtige Zimmer für dich. Dies ist eine Studenten-WG!
5 - 10 Minuten mit dem Rad in die Innenstadt, 10 - 15 Minuten bis zum Uithof (Campus von Utecht)
Wir sind alle Studenten. Unsere Küche ist unser Gemeinschaftsraum. Dort wird nicht nur gekocht, sondern auch gechillt. Normaler Weise kocht jeder für sich selbst, aber wenn jemand rumfragt um zusammen zu kochen finden sich meistens auch dafür gleich Leute.
Es gibt einen Putzplan für die zwei Duschen, zwei WCs und die Küche.
