Need a Seat/Room

I've got admission in Carinthia University of Applied Sciences for M.Sc in Communication Engineering. I want to live there from 15 September 2015. I need a room or seat. It can be single or shared.Rent must me reasonable. I don't take any hard drinks or smoke. But any one can be my room mate. I like to play football,swimming,cycling. I love music & love to play music.I love travel. I've no such option for my roommate. I'm positive thinking and interested in updating about latest technologies and learning new things. I'm eager to work in a very friendly and cooperative environment. I've special interest in Renewable Energy,Nanoelectronic transistors,Quantum electron transport,Networking,Telecommunications. I like Austria's Villach which is very natural green environment. Also Villach's culture and language.
