Huhu,
wir suchen für unsere WG in Waging eine/n Mitbewohner/in zum nächst möglichen Zeitpunkt.
Zur Wohnung:
Für 420 Euro bekommst du das Rundum-sorglos-Paket (Miete, Nebenkosten, Strom, W-lan).
Dein Zimmer befindet sich im oberen Stockwerk und ist etwa 15m² groß.
Unser Bad ist mit Badewanne, Dusche, Waschmaschine und einem Trockner ausgestattet.
Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Essbreich, von dem es in die Küche geht.
Das größte Highlight ist dort natürlich die Spülmaschine und unser Weinregal Gina :D
Zur Wohnung gehören zwei Stellplätze, ein Schuppen und bald eine Terasse mit Garten.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Zu Fuß sind es nur 5 Minuten zum Markt, sowie zum Bahnhof.
Zu Uns:
Karli 19 Jahre, macht eine Ausbildung an der Berufsfachschule für Hotel- und Tourismusmanagement in Traunstein und kann ausgesprochen gut Kochen :)
Lisa 22, arbeitet als Erzieherin in einer Wohngruppe in Traunwalchen.
Zu Dir:
Wenn du ein lieber und lässiger Mensch bist, der sich gerne an Gesprächen beteiligt, gemeinsam kocht oder Wert auf andere Aktivitäten legt, bist du in unserer WG genau richtig!
