Hallo mögliche/r neue/r Mitbewohner/in,
da meine ehemalige Mitbewohnerin zum 1. September ausziehen wird suche ich jemand für das 10,6 Quadratmeter große Zimmer.
Die Wohnung ist geräumig, hat ein Bad mit Dusche und eine separate Toilette. Ein Wohnzimmer gibt es auch noch zusätzlich und eine große Küche mir Abstellraum.
Vor dem Bad gibt es noch einen Vorraum, zum Wäsche aufhängen usw.
Ich freue mich auf deine Nachricht und ein eventuelles Kennenlernen☺️
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Waiblingen und mit einer Außnahmegenehmigung, die man erhält kann man auch mit dem Auto direkt vor dem Haus parken.
Zu Fuß sind es 3 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle von der man innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Bus am Waiblinger Bahnhof ist. Dort fährt die Regio und die S2 und S3 nach Stuttgart.
Ich selbst bin 23 (bald 24) Jahre alt und studiere momentan im 3. Semester Soziale Arneit an der DHBW in Stuttgart. Ich freue mich auf gemeinsame Koch- oder Filmabende, aber bin auch gerne mal einfach für mich oder unterwegs.
