Hello!
I am subletting my room for a month (end of February to end of March/beginning of April). The room is in a super cute townhouse centrally and ideally located in a calm street of Washington's Adams Morgan neighbourhood.
You would live in an international house with 4 lovely people (French and Americans). The rental time is only a month and all furnitures are staying.
The room is full of light (took the pic in the evening). The rent includes everything (water, electricity, internet, bi-monthly cleaning service).
There would be a possibility to take over another room after April, 2.
