Das Zimmer wär ab 01. März 2012 frei. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral: 5 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt, 20 Minuten zu Fuß in die FH (10 Minuten mit dem Rad), ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof, Lidl und Netto kann man auch gut zu Fuß erreichen.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist auch keine 5 Minuten von hier entfernt.
Die Möbel die bis jetzt in dem Zimmer stehen könntest du abkaufen: Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl,2 Wandregale, Beistelltisch, Fernsehtisch. Es ist alles in sehr guten Zustand.
Nach meinem Auszug bleiben noch 3 gaaaanz liebe, lustige Mädels in der Wohnung. Es hat hier jeder sein eigenes Zimmer. Küche (jeder hat hier sein eigenes Regal sowie das eigene Fach im Kühlschrank), Bad (mit Waschmaschine, Dusche und Badewanne) sowie WC sind Gemeinschaftsräume.
