Das vollmöblierte Zimmer ist im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses, dort befindet sich auch eine neue Küche mit Spülmaschine und Sitzgelegenheit. Ein weiteres Zimmer bieten wir zur Vermietung an. Wir bewohnen das Ober & Dachgeschoss mit unserem Kind. Wir haben einen grossen Garten, der gerne mitbenutzt werden kann. Im Keller ist die Waschmaschine und es gibt einen Trockner sowie die Möglichkeit die Wäsche aufzuhängen.
Das Zimmer ist hell, hat 2 Fenster. In unserem Haus wohnen noch eine Katze sowie ein weisser Zwergpudel.
Das Haus liegt ruhig in einem alten Wohngebiet, liegt dennoch sehr zentral in Haltingen, die Bahnhaltestelle mit Zuegen nach Freiburg & Basel ist 5 min. entfernt. Ein grosser Rewe Markt ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt, die Post, Bäcker , Metzger, Sparkasse, Rathaus in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Mitbewohnerin ist 19 Jahre alt. Unsere beiden Kinder haben ihre Zimmer auch im Erdgeschoss ( 13 & 18 Jahre).
Im Fahrradschuppen kann ein Fahrrad abgestellt werde.
