Ich fliege für 3,5 Monate nach Indien und suche für diese Zeit mein Zimmer in dieser wunderbaren WG zur Untermiete. Idealerweise ist jemand willkommen, der ein befristetes Praktikum macht oder kurzfristig einen Platz benötigt.
Mein Zimmer ist im 2. Stock, sehr geräumig und komplett eingerichtet. Sie teilen sich die eingerichtete Küche mit 4 Personen und das Bad mit nur 1 weiteren Person.
Sie haben Zugang zu Highspeed-Internet, TV, Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Abstellraum, Staubsauger etc.
Edeka ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, viele Bäckereien und Restaurants in der Nähe und sogar ein Kino ist 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Der Bahnhof ist 8 Gehminuten und die nächste Bushaltestelle 6 Gehminuten entfernt. Dies ist eine zentrale Lage.
Ich reise am 27.12.2022 ab und bin am 19.04.2023 wieder da. Ihr könnt also gerne ein- und ausziehen wie ihr möchtet. Wenn Sie der Meinung sind, dass dies für Sie interessant ist, schreiben Sie mir bitte.

I am off to India for 3.5 months, and I am looking to sublet my room in this wonderful flat-share for that time. Ideally, someone doing a temporary internship or someone that needs a place for a short term is welcome.
My room is on the 2nd floor, very spacious and completely furnished. You will share the furnished kitchen with 4 people and the bathroom with just 1 more person.
You have access to high speed internet, TV, washing machine, drying racks, storage room, vacuum cleaner etc.
Edeka is 2 minutes by foot, lot of bakeries and restaurants nearby, and even a movie theatre is 1 minute by foot. The Bahnhof of 8 minutes and the nearest bus stop is 6 minutes by foot. This is a central location.
I will leave on the 27th December, 2022 and be back on 19th April, 2023. So, you are welcome to move in and out as you would like. If you think this is of interest to you, please write me.
