Dein Zimmer 12qm Gros. Das Fenster ist nach Westen hat einen Rolladen. Der Boden ist neue und die Wände frisch gestrichen. Das Zimmer ist zwar etwas klein, aber es passt ein Bett/Schreibtisch und kleiner Schrank hinein. Hier könen wir die auch anbieten einen Schrank ins Bad oder den Flur zu stellen.
Neckarstrasse 20 in Weinheim. Ruhige Anliegerstrasse, Fitnesstudio neben dem haus, ebenso Aldi und Edeka 3 min. zu Fuß. Der Bahnhof sind etwa 8 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Lage ist nahe an den bergen, sodass man schön mit Aussicht spazieren gehen kann. Verschiednene Restaurants/Imbisse sind in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Es gibt einen großen Garten in der Wohnanlage, wo man sich auch im freiein ausspannen kann.
Wir sind eine 3er WG. Ein weiteres Zimmer wird auch bald frei (12qm bei 390€). IN der WG verbleibt Albert, 28 Jahre und berufstätig. Die Küche ist ganz gut ausgestattet, sodass man hier auch mal gemeinsam Kochen kann. Jetzt wo sich die WG neu findet, kannst du natürlich deinen Einfluss hier einbringen.
