I am a responsible and respectful individual, currently pursuing my studies and working in Heidelberg. Soon I will be finishing my Masters in September 2023. As a tenant, I prioritize maintaining a clean and peaceful living environment. I am friendly and sociable, but also appreciate personal space and privacy. Preferences:

Duration: I am interested in a long-term rental, preferably with a lease period of a year.
Room Type: Ideally, I am seeking a single room in a shared apartment, but I am also open to studio options. A furnished or partially furnished room would be a plus, but I can bring my own furniture if necessary.
Housemates: I am open to living with friendly and considerate housemates, preferably students or young professionals who share a similar mindset. Gender is not a specific concern.
Move-in Date: I am flexible with the move-in date, but I am hoping to secure a room before October 2023, so that i can move in on 1st October 2023.
