Das Zimmer hat ca. 15 qm und ist hellgrau gefliest, Wandfarbe creme. Es hat auf einer Seite eine leichte Schräge, 1 Dachfenster und ein großes weiteres Fenster. Es liegt in der Mitte der zwei anderen WG- Zimmer im 2. OG mit Fensterseite Richtung Osten - Sonnenaufgang.
Wenn gewünscht kann ein Einzelbett von der Bühne benutzt werden.
Wir bewohnen zu 5 eine Doppelhaushälfte.
Wenn gewünscht kann ein EINZUG zum MÄRZ 2019 stattfinden.
Es liegt im Stadtteil Grossheppach und gehört zu Weinstadt. Die Lage ist ruhig, es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (ca. 5 Min zu Fuss), Bäcker, Metzger, Post, Bank, Gaststätten usw. direkt im Ort. Die S-Bahn ist zu Fuss in ca. 7 Min. zu erreichen.
Das Haus ist BJ 20 und komplett renoviert. Fenster, Böden, Bad- Dusche, Gäste-WC alles neu.
Die Küche ist groß mit Platz für 6 Leute am Esstisch, mit Spülmaschine und wird gemeinsam genutzt. Es gibt 2 große Kühlschränke, 1 Gefrierschrank. Im Keller steht die Waschmaschine und es gibt Platz zum Aufhängen der Klamotten.
Suche freundliche/n und ordentliche/n Mitbewohner/in.
Entspannt und nett.
Leider kann ich speziell von diesem Zimmer kein Bild einstellen, da es momentan noch bewohnt ist und nicht sonderlich repräsentativ. Gerne schaue Dir die anderen Zimmerbilder an, dann kannst Du Dir einen Eindruck verschaffen.
