Hallo, wir suchen DICH!! Für unsere helle und freundliche Wohnung am Standrand in Wendlingen in ruhiger Lage. Zu deinem Zimmer gehört ein kleines Nebenzimmer, was als Wintergarten, Artelier oder separates Schlafzimmer genutzt werden kann. Das Zimmer ist in der Dachwohnung und verfügt einen offenen Dachboden. Dank guter Isolierung wird es im Sommer auch nicht all zu heiß.
Möbel können mit Absprache übernommen werden, Du darfst aber auch gerne all deine Möbel mitbringen das Du auch un eingeschränkt wohlfühlen kannst. Du hast insgesamt 4 Fenster. 2 im kleineren Zimmer und 2 im größeren, davon ist eins ein Dachfenster was dieses Jahr eingebaut wurde. Zusätzlich hast du einen offenen Dachboden für mehr Freiheit. Außerdem kannst du den Garten nutzen und auch Obst Gemüse anpflanzen :)
Hello, we are looking for YOU!!! For our bright and friendly apartment on the outskirts of Wendlingen in a quiet location. To your room belongs a small side room, which can be used as a winter garden, artelier or separate bedroom. The room is in the attic and has an open loft. Thanks to good insulation it does not get too hot in summer.
Furniture can be taken over with agreement, but you are also welcome to bring all your furniture that you can feel comfortable even unrestricted. You have a total of 4 windows. 2 in the smaller room and 2 in the larger, one of which is a skylight which was installed this year. In addition, you have an open loft for more freedom. Furthermore you can use the garden and even plant vegetables and fruits.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Stadtrand. Die nächste Bushaltestelle befindet sich 2 Gehminuten von hier. Zur Stadt braucht du 10 Minuten zu Fuß und zum Bahnhof etwa 20 Minuten.
In der Nähe hat es einen Discounter (Aldi) welcher in 5 Minuten zu erreichen ist.
Mit dem Auto bist du in 5 Minuten auf der A8.
Wenn du gerne laufen oder spazieren gehst, hast du du eine top Lage. Denn direkt vor der Haustüre hast du tolle Möglichkeiten.
The apartment is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of the city. The nearest bus stop is 2 minutes walk from here. To the city you need 10 minutes by foot and to the train station about 20 minutes.
Nearby there is a discount store (Aldi) which can be reached in 5 minutes.
By car you are on the A8 in 5 minutes.
In case you like to go for a run or a walk, you have a great location. Right in front of the door you have some nice options.
