Very bright furnished room with morning sun, wooden terrace and garden share. In the room you can find a sofa bed, a desk, a shelf combo for clothes, two armchairs and a piano, which - if desired - can also be put outside.
The wooden terrace and the back part of the garden are for your personal use only. On the ground floor is a bathroom with toilet and shower. The room has a separate entrance via terrace.
The house is situated in a very calm and green area. The Plessower lake is just 2km away. If you step out the door, you are surrounded by fruit tree and christmas tree orchards.
The next bus station is 10min walk away. The bus goes directly to Potsdam (30min). To be more independent, you have the choice to use the bicycle provided to go to the train station in Werder which will take around 25min. The next supermarket is 3km away.
I am looking for international students or scientists.
Your room and bathroom is quite separated from my living space in the house. Only the kitchen will be shared between us. A separate cooking plate, a kitchen sink and a fridge is planned to be installed in the utiliy room next to yours in the near future. Thus, you can live quite independently.
I am 60+, and I am still very busy in all sorts of things related to gardens.
