du wohnst in einem alten haus von 1932, was von mir seit einigen jahren renoviert wird. das haus hat einen holzofen, eine elektrische bodenheizung im wintergarten und überall sonst heizkörper, die per gastherme betrieben werden.
das haus befindet sich in der nähe des plessower sees in einer ruhigen gegend. die grundstücksgröße beträgt rund 1300 qm, vorne ein garten, hinten vor allem spielwiese mit trampolin, schaukel und rutsche für die kinder. es gibt zudem eine garage und schuppen für werkzeuge.
dein zimmer ist rund 20qm groß, ausgestattet mit einem 1,40-bett, schrank, kommode, und ebenso einem schreibtisch. die aussicht geht auf den vorderen garten, etwa 23 meter bis zur sehr ruhigen straße
ich vermiete das zimmer bis ende mai. ich renoviere gerade den ersten stock. mitte des jahres soll dort eine eigenständige wg (drei zimmer mit eigener wg-küche und bad) entstehen.
bei interesse kann entsprechend im ersten stock weitergemietet werden.
bei interesse auch kurzzeitvermietung (pro tag/pro woche) möglich.
the room you are going to rent is in an old house from 1932, which i have been renovating for a few years. the house has a wood-burning stove, electric underfloor heating in the conservatory and radiators everywhere else, which are operated by a gas boiler. the house is located near lake plessow in a quiet area. the plot is around 1300 square meters, with a garden at the front and a playground at the back with a trampoline, swing and slide for the children. there is also a garage and shed for tools.
your room is about 20 sqm, equipped with a 1.40 bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and also a desk. the view overlooks the front garden, about 23 meters to the very quiet street.
i am letting the room until the end of may. i am currently renovating the second floor. in the middle of the year, an independent flat (three rooms with their own kitchen and bathroom) will be available then. and you could continue renting on the second floor.
short-term rentals (per day/per week) are also possible.
zum bahnhof und damit eine anbindung nach berlin (2 bis 3- mal die stunde) dauert es per rad weniger als 10 minuten.
zum bus sind es rund 3 minuten.
per rad zum golmer campus sind es 20-30 minuten, gleiche zeit etwa zum neuen palais.
zur badestelle sind es ca. 800 meter.

küche und bad werden gemeinsam benutzt. außer mir wohnen zeitweise meine drei kinder da.
mitgenutzt werden kann der wintergarten ebenso wie der garten.
wir sind bastler. wenn du dich ausleben willst, kannst du gerne werkzeuge mitbenutzen und dein fahrrad in schuß bringen oder sonstwas machen, wozu du lust hast. eine sorgsame benutzung der werkzeuge mit wegräumen etc. ist natürlich voraussetzung.
ich lege wert auf sauberkeit. meine kinder kapieren das auch hin und wieder. man kann gerne wilde sachen kochen und backen - wenn anschließend aufgeräumt wird.
ansonsten: gespräche, gemeinsame unternehmungen können entstehen … müssen es aber nicht. ich lege wert auf persönliche freiheit. und jeder bestimmt selbst seinen für sich notwendigen freiraum.
kitchen and bathroom are shared. apart from me, my three children live there from time to time. the winter garden can be shared as well as the garden.
we are handymen. you are welcome to use the tools to fix up your bike or do anything else you feel like doing. careful use of the tools with clearing away etc. is of course a prerequisite.
i value cleanliness. my children also understand this from time to time. you are welcome to go wild in the kitchen - if you clean up afterwards.
otherwise: conversations, joint activities can arise ... but they don't have to. i value personal freedom. and everyone determines their own necessary free space.
