mittlerweile wird es mir in meinem Haus etwas zu ruhig.
Daher möchte ich das DG vermieten. Die Fläche beträgt 50qm abzüglich der Dachschrägen. Es gibt ein separates Badezimmer. Das DG wäre somit kpl. für die / den Untermieter.
Meinen Haushalt beschreibe ich als gepflegt und stilvoll. Das Haus samt Interieur ist ziemlich neu und stammt aus 2018. Moderne Küche, überall Fußbodenheizung, Kaminofen im WZ, Eiche-Parkett.
Mir ist ein angenehmes, vertrauensvolles und harmonisches Miteinander wichtig.
Ich selbst bin männlich, 46 Jahre, liebe Aktivitäten in der Natur, Sport allgemein.
Weyarn befindet sich ca. 35 km südlich von München und hat einen direkten Autobahnanschluss. Vom Nachbarort Darching, verkehrt die Oberlandbahn mind. jede Std. in ca. 30 Min. nach München. Auch ich benutze diese beinahe täglich.
Eingebettet in einer wunderschönen Landschaft mit optimalen Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten in den Bergen, sowie der Nähe zum Schlier- und Tegernsee gibt es vielfältige Freizeitbeschäftigungen.
