Hallo zusammen,
Anfang August wird bei unser 4er WG ein großes Zimmer frei, weil Clément mit seiner Freundin zusammen zieht und daher unsere WG verlassen wird.
Einzugstermin wäre der 1. August, aber es ist auch nach Absprache möglich, ein paar Tage früher einzuziehen.
Das Zimmer ist mit seiner Süd-West Richtung sehr hell und mit ca 25m2 mehr als groß. Du hättest sogar das größte Zimmer :).
Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet. Das heißt, es erwartet dich ein Doppelbett mit Matratze, eine coole grüne vintage Couch mit passendem Tisch, einen großen Schrank, einen Sessel und einen großen Schreibtisch.
Neben dem Zimmer befindet sich in unserem 120m2 Penthouse (höchste Etage, aber keine Angst Lift ist vorhanden) ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Badezimmer, zwei getrennte Toiletten und eine gut ausgestattete Küche.
Da das Zimmer zum Innenhof ausgerichtet ist, hast du es ziemlich ruhig.

from the beginning of August, a big room will become available in our 4-people shared flat, because Clément is moving in with his girlfriend and will therefore leave our flat
Move-in date would be August 1, but it is also possible to move in a few days earlier by arrangement.
The room is very bright with its south-west direction and with about 25m2 more than large. You would even have the biggest room :).
The room is fully furnished. That means you can expect a double bed with mattress, a cool green vintage couch with matching table, a big wardrobe, an armchair and a big desk.
Next to the room, in our 120m2 penthouse (highest floor, but don't worry elevator is available) there is a large living room, a bathroom, two separate toilets and a well-equipped kitchen.
Since the room faces the courtyard, it is pretty quiet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in perfekter Lage direkt neben den Donaukanal, ca. 2 Min vom Karmelitermarkt entfernt und ca 10 Min. zum Augarten.
2 Min. von der U-Bahn Schottenring (U2 & U4) und ca. 8 Min. zum Schwedenplatz
Sonst gibt es alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Supermärkte, Bipa/dm, Cafés und Restaurants und sogar der Wochenmarkt am Kamelitermarkt.
The apartment is in a perfect location right next to the Danube Canal, about 2 min from the Karmelitermarkt and about 10 min to the Augarten.
2 min from the subway Schottenring (U2 & U4) and approx 8 min to Schwedenplatz. Otherwise there is everything you need to live. Supermarkets, Bipa/dm, cafes and restaurants and even the weekly market at Kamelitermarkt.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind René, Ankit und Thissanth.
- René (27) ist ursprünglich aus dem Norden, aber lebt bereits X Jahren in Wien. Aktuell macht er seinen Master in Politikwissenschaften und arbeitet nebenbei. Er wird zukunft bestimmt mal bei Lanz sitzen und/oder mit Claudia Obert die Welt bereisen.
- Ankit (25)kommt aus Indien und macht seit 2 Jahren seinen PHD in Neuroscience. Er liebt es kochen und dekoriert die Wohnung mit Pflanzen :)
- Thissanth (26) ist aus Köln und ist für seinen Master BWL an der Hauptuni nach Wien gezogen. Er arbeitet ebenfalls nebenbei und ist Fotograf. Da Thissanth, aber im August für einen halbes Jahr ins Auslandssemester geht, wird Cordula dort einziehen. Sie kommt für Ihr Masterstudium Sozioökonomie nach Wien.
Alle 3 sind super entspannte Leute und nehmen Rücksicht aufeinander. Da alle durch Uni und Arbeit viel zu tun haben, verliert man sich manchmal aus den Augen, aber hin und wieder kochen wir Abends gerne mal oder philosophieren über die Gesellschaft.
Freunde sind auch natürlich herzlich willkommen
Your future roommates are René, Ankit and Thissanth.
- René (27) is originally from the north, but has been living in Vienna for X years. He is currently doing his Master in Political Science and works part-time. In the future he will definitely sit on Lanz and/or travel the world with Claudia Obert.
- Ankit (25)comes from India and is doing his PHD in Neuroscience since 2 years. He loves to cook and decorate the place with plants :)
- Thissanth (26) is from Cologne and moved to Vienna for his Master in Business Administration at the Hauptuni. He also works part-time and is a photographer. Since Thissanth is going abroad for half a year in August, Cordula will move in. She is coming to Vienna for her master studies in socioeconomics.
All 3 are super relaxed people. Since everyone has a lot to do at university and at work, we sometimes lose sight of each other, but every now and then we like to cook in the evening or philosophize about society.
Friends are also welcome of course
