Das Zimmer ist eines von zwei Schlafzimmern in einer 70m2 Wohnung mit Zugang zum Balkon. Küche, Bad und. Balkon werden geteilt und es gibt einen großen Flur. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine die kostenlos genutzt werden kann. Da mein alter Mitbewohner im September 2024 wieder zurück nach Wien kommen wird, ist das Zimmer nur befristet zu mieten. Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Bett, Schreibtisch, Sofa und eine Kommode befinden sich im Zimmer.
The Room is one of two Bedrooms in the 70 m2 flat with balcony. Kitchen, bathroom and balcony are shared. There is a large corridor. In the basement there is a washing machine thats free to use. My old roommate will come back to Vienna in September 2024, so the rent is restricted until end of August. The room is furnished. There is a bed, desk, couch and dresser.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an der Augartenbrücke im 2. Bezirk. In unmittelbarer nähe befinden sich alles was man braucht. Mit der 31er Tram, Station vor der Haustür, kann man sehr schnell in den 20. Bezirk fahren, zu fuß ist man in 5 Minuten am Augarten, Karmelitermarkt, an der U2/U4 Schottentor. Zur Hauptuni geht man 15 Minuten.
The apartment is located right by the Augartenbrücke in the 2nd district. Everything you need is in close proximity. With the tram line 31, which has a station right outside the door, you can quickly reach the 20th district. On foot, you can reach Augarten, Karmelitermarkt, and the U2/U4 Schottentor in 5 minutes. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the main university.
Mein Name ist Moritz, bin 22 Jahre alt und lebe seit drei Jahren in Wien und dieser Wohnung. Ich studiere Informatik an der Hauptuni und arbeite Teilzeit in der Gastronomie, daher bin ich unter der Woche oft auf der Uni und arbeite am Wochenende. Wenn ich Zuhause bin, mag ich es gerne etwas zu kochen und gemeinsam zu essen. Ich liebe die Lage der Wohnung, da man zu Fuß oder mit den Öffis sehr schnell eigentlich überall hin kommt. Außerdem befinden sich in der Nähe sehr viele Lokale, Bars und vieles mehr wo ich gerne hingehe. Der Augarten ist nur 5-10 Minuten entfernt und in 2 Minuten ist man unten am Donaukanal.

Additionally, there are many restaurants, bars, and more nearby that I like to visit. The Augarten is only 5-10 minutes away, and the Danube Canal is just a 2-minute walk.
