I’m renting out two rooms, each 13m2, for the duration of my exchange semester abroad. One room is currently used as a bedroom and the other as a living room - not shared with any of the other flatmates, these rooms would be exclusively yours.
The furniture is all staying here and you’re free to rearrange or remove any of the furniture apart from of the leather couch and the bed.
The price is 500€/month for both rooms, all inclusive.
Flat appliances: washing machine, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, electronic cattle, NO dishwasher
The flat is located in the central part of Vienna - Leopoldstadt, 2. district.
2 min to U2, Tabortraße and tram 2, bus 5A, 5B
5 min to U1, Nestroyplatz
15 minutes walking distance to the 1. district (Donaukanal, Schwedenplatz)
Spar, Billa, Hofer, 2 phamacies, the post and banks are all within 5 minutes from the apartment.
My flatmates are all students (2 WU, 1 TU) who are more on the shy side and busy with their studies. They’re all very sweet people but since we have so much going on, we don’t hang out as much apart from the deep night talks in the kitchen.
