Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Bezirk - Leopoldstadt zwischen den U-Bahn Stationen Messe-Prater und Krieau (U2). Zu beiden Stationen geht man etwa 7 Minuten. Die U1 Station Vorgartenstraße ist in 8 Minuten mit dem Bus erreichbar.

Da man sehr schnell im grünen Prater sowie an der Donau ist, ist die Lage ideal zum Abschalten. Die Nähe zur WU ist besonders für Studenten*innen praktisch. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind Spar, Hofer, Lidl und Bipa in unmittelbarer Nähe, sowie das Stadioncenter (ca. 5 min mit Bus).

In der Wohnung erwarten dich liebevolle und offene Menschen - Evelyn, Lotte und Bettina. Es wird gerne zusammen gesessen und gekocht, viel gelacht und auch spontan getanzt. Die Küche ist dabei unser sozialer Hotspot. Ab und zu unternehmen wir auch etwas gemeinsam in der Stadt.

Trotzdem sind wir keine Party-WG. Uns in der Wehli-WG ist es wichtig, dass wir gerne zusammenwohnen. Es herrscht ein respektvoller Umgang und jede*r*m wird der Raum für Rückzug und Privatsphäre gegeben.

Eine kurze Vorstellung mit wem du es denn zu tun hast:
Evelyn ist unser neuster Zuwachs und ist aus OÖ. Neben ihrem Lehramtsstudium in Chemie und Religion, lest sie sehr viel, versucht ihre Kochkünste zu verbessern und Wien zu erkunden.

Charlotte ist unser Wirbelwind aus München, hat zuvor bereits in Innsbruck gelebt und studiert Psychologie. Sie ist für fast alles zu begeistern egal ob Musik, Kultur, Sport oder Feiern gehen.

Bettina ist unsere Pharmazeutin und kämpft sich tapfer durch den Master. Sie ist eine richtige Sportskanone und für viele Sachen zu begeistern! Zwischendurch bringt sie uns mit ihren Geschichten zu Lachen.

Im Vordergrund ist sicherlich die Harmonie die gerade in der WG herrscht, deshalb suchen wir eine:n ebenso liebe:n, offene:n und respektvolle:n Mitbewohner:in!

Super wäre, wenn auch du dich unserer WG vorstellst, ob klassisch mit Text + Foto(s) oder einem kleinen Video, der Kreativität seien hier keine Grenzen gesetzt. ;)

Hi there!
I'm (Bianca) doing an exchange year and will leave my shared flat from 01 March 2024 - 02 February 2025.

The apartment has 96m2 and is separated in 4 different bedrooms, a kitchen with a table to sit together, a bathroom, a pantry and a separate toilet.

The room (20m2)
The room itself is really spacious and bright with big windows on the street side. The street itself is one way and quite calm. Most of my furniture will stay in the room. This includes a bed with mattress, a closet, a desk, 1 couch, and two shelves.

The rent will be 420€ per month, which includes energy, internet and all other costs.
Bail will be 950€

Our flat is located in the 2nd district halfway between U2 Messe-Prater and Krieau. The U1 station "Vorgartenstraße" is about 8 min by bus.

There are lots of green spaces in the area including the Prater and Danube Island, inviting you to relax and enjoy some fresh air.
The WU is also reall close.
There is a Spar, Lidl, Hofer and Bipa within walking distance as well as the Stadioncenter (about 5min by bus).

You will be welcomed by some really nice, warm-hearted and open people - Evelyn, Bettina and Charlotte.
We love to sit together, talk and cook, play boardgames and sometimes go out with each other. There is lots of laughter and some spontaneous dancing as well. The kitchen is our social hotspot :)

We're not a party-WG but to us it's important to like living with each other. We respect each one and their need to be sometimes on their own and decompress.

Short intro of who your future flatmates could be:
Evelyn, who's from a small town in Upper Austria. She's doing the teacher-training course for Chemistry and Religion, loves to read, discuss things, and is currently improving her cooking skills and discovering Vienna :)

Bettina is our aspiring pharmacist. She's into sports (especially water-based) and nearly always motivated to do something fun. She also has a repertoire of random funny stories :)

Charlotte is our energetic whirlwind from Munich, always doing something, interested in sports, music, dancing and going out. There is never a boring day with her.

We're looking for a nice flatmate who also enjoys spending time together and can see himself/herself with us :)
