Hallo!
Ich wohne in einer sehr charmanten Altbau-Wohnung!
Anfang April bis Anfang Juni möchte ich gerne ein Zimmer untervermieten.
Ab Mitte April bin ich allerdings 5 Wochen auf Sri Lanka!
Sowieso hast du dein ganz eigenes Zimmer welches 17 Quadratmeter hat (1. und 2. Foto) - ALLERDINGS kommt in dein Zimmer noch ein Bett und ein Kasten und ein Sofa. Du hast es also gemütlich und möbliert :)
Die Wohnung liegt recht ruhig (Seitenstraßen an beiden Wohnungsseiten).
Während ich auf Sri Lanka bin kannst du auch gerne das größere Zimmer mitnützen, das hat einen sehr hellen Erker und noch ein Hochbett!
Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne.
Die Küche ist auch sehr gemütlich und unser kleiner Gemeinschaftsraum. Hier trinken wir Tee, Wein, Bier, Kaffee, kochen und chillen auf dem Küchenbett.
Ich bin beruflich Pädagogin und Musikern, musiziere aber zuhause kaum.
Von den insgesamt 8 Wochen die du hier wohnen kannst, wird 2 Wochen mein Sohn hier sein (er ist 6 Jahre alt und ein sehr lieber Kerl aus der Kategorie "nicht wild" :)
Die Miete ist deshalb "höher"- weil du in der Hälfte des Zeitraums die GANZE Wohnung für dich hast!
Internet, Strom & Gas sind natürlich inkludiert.

My name ist Kerstin in I live in a beautiful old and charming apartment in the 2nd district - well situated with 2 minutes tu the metro and not far from 2 big parks.
I will travel to Sri Lanka from middle April to middle of May, so you will be alone in the flat for half of the time... in this time you can also use my big room.
Your room has 17 square meter and the streets surrounding the apartment are not noisy and loud.
The bathroom has a bathtub!
In the kitchen we can sit, drink wine, tea and coffee!
From the 2 months you can live here, my 6year-old-son will be with me for 2 weeks! He is not a wild kid and very nice :)
