Our flat is located on the 4th floor (there's a lift in the buidling).
The flat is very spacious and bright, it has around 115 m². The entire floor is lined with wooden panels. There are 4 bedrooms plus a big living room, kitchen, bathroom, seperate toilet and 2 small balconies.
The room is 16 m² and faces south which makes it very bright. It overlooks the Vorgartenstraße, but the windows are tight enough to eliminate most of the street noise. The room is fully furnished and should be handed over together with all furniture with 600 € of Ablöse.
Furniture in the room: a big bed, a bedside cabinet, a large wardrobe and shelves, a desk with a chair, a 2er sofa (it's a pull out bed sofa!) and a small table. All items/furniture you can see in the photos will stay in the room.
The flat is fully furnished and equipped.
There is a tiny backyard where you can park your bike.
The flat is in a great location with excellent access to public transport.
The U1 Vorgartenstraße stop is only 250 m from our building, and in 10 minutes (= 4 stops) you are at Stephansplatz!
There is also a bus stop (11A that takes you to U2) right in front of the entrance and the S-Bahn station (Praterstern) about 12 minutes on foot / 1 U-bahn stop away.
There are literally all shops only a few steps away from our flat: Spar, Hofer, Billa, Dm, Bipa. You can get some fresh local food at Vorgartenmarkt. There is a great ramen place, a pizzeria, a Balkan barbeque restaurant, and a cafe with delicious cakes (that you can see from your window!), all just around the corner. The nearest shopping centres are Stadion Center and Westfield Donau Zentrum.
And most importantly - we live only a few minutes from the Donau! It's a perfect place to go jogging, cycle, have a swim, relax in nature or have a beer by the river.
Currently in the flat live: Dominika (Polish, 29), Krystyna (Polish, 30), Santi (Spanish, 30) and Celine (Spanish/Costa Rican, 23).
You will take over Santi's room and Celine is about to move to Australia probably within the next 2 months. As soon as we have a new flatmate, I will update this advertisment introducing the new person.
So your flatmates will be Dominika and Krystyna (and 3rd person- to be updated ;). We're both Polish and have been living in Vienna since around 5 years. We're freelance musicians (violinists). We love food, talking in the kitchen, laughing out loud, drinking wine, biking along the Donau and going to a small yoga studio around the corner. There are also periods of time when we're away or working a lot, when we focus on our stuff and don't engage so much in the WG.
If you like outdoor chilling or cozy chats, we'd be happy if you joined us, but don't feel forced to be involved in any of the acitives. We do it totally spontaneously :) We are looking for a friendly, positive, open-minded and communicative person who respects the space around her/him and keeps things tidy.
We are looking for someone for long-term rental.

So far, English has been the language in which we have communicated in the flat (because our WG was always international) but we also speak German of course :)
