Da ich ausziehe suche ich eine/n Nachmieter:in für dieses wunderschöne Zimmer.
Es handelt sich um ein schönes, helles WG-Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon und Erker in einer 2er-WG. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vergeben und ist zentral begehbar. Man hat direkten Blick auf den Prater was Abends unglaublich schön aussieht. Die Gemeinschaftsräume Küche (mit Geschirrspüler :)), Bad und Esszimmer sind voll ausgestattet. Außerdem gibt es eine separate Toilette.
English: A beautiful, bright shared room with a private balcony in a 2-person shared apartment is rented. The room is furnished and is centrally accessible with a beautiful view on the Prater. The common areas kitchen (with dishwasher :)), bathroom and dining room are fully equipped.
Die Wohnung liegt im grünen Herzen des zweiten Bezirks gegenüber des Praters. Alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Praterstern) sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad gelangt man in wenigen Minuten auf die Donauinsel oder zum Donaukanal. Die Praterhauptallee ist in 3 Minuten (einmal über die Straße) zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermärkte (auch am Sonntag geöffnet - Praterstern), eine Tankstelle und eine Apotheke befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Jeden Samstagvormittag findet ein Biomarkt am Vorgartenmarkt (10 Gehminuten entfernt) statt. Ein Penny gibt es direkt vor der Haustür, was unglaublich praktisch ist.
English: The apartment is located in the green heart of the second district, opposite the Prater. All public transport (Praterstern) can be reached on foot in a few minutes. You can reach the Danube Island or the Danube Canal in just a few minutes by bike. The Praterhauptallee can be reached on foot in 3 minutes (once across the street). Supermarkets (also open on Sundays - Praterstern), a gas station and a pharmacy are also in the immediate vicinity. Every Saturday morning there is an organic market at the Vorgartenmarkt (10 minutes' walk away).
Du würdest mit Moritz zusammenleben. Er ist berufstätig (Lehrer), macht gerne Sport und kocht gerne und viel. Da es in der Schule oft turbulent zugeht, freut er sich über ein ruhiges und unkompliziertes Zusammenleben, also keine Party WG :) Generell ist er ein super lieber und sauberer Mitbewohner, der auch gerne mal gemeinsam Bouldern oder Radeln geht. Für süße Gespräche in der Küche ist er immer zu haben.
English: You would live with Moritz. He works as a teacher, enjoys sports and likes to cook a lot. Since things are often turbulent at school, he is happy to live together in a quiet and uncomplicated way, so no party WG :) In general, he is a super nice and clean flatmate who also likes to go bouldering or cycling together. Also he is always available for sweet conversations in the kitchen.
Das Zimmer wird vorerst auf Ende November befristet, mit Aussicht auf Verlängerung :)
Der Einzug wäre theoretisch ab 30.Mai möglich.
