Hallo, ich bin Nadine undI vermiete mein WG-Zimmer für den Juli, da ich einen Monat auf Reisen bin.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbiliert, die Wohnung ist auch vollkommen ausgestattet. (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler) Ich würde dann einen Teil meines Schrankes und der Kleiderstange wegräumen, damit genug Platz für deine Sachen bleibt.
Wir sind eine Studenten-WG, wobei im Sommer wahrscheinlich nicht alle der drei Mitbewohner ständig da sein werden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut: direkt neben uns ist der Augarten und zur Ubahnstation U2 sind es maximal 3 Minuten. Der Hofer und Spar sind auch maximal 2 Minuten entfernt, sonst gibt es auch noch andere Geschäfte für den Alltag in der Nähe.
Ich würde mir wünschen, dass du easy-going wärst und in der Zeit gut auf meine Sachen aufpasst. :) Bezüglich Ein- und Auszieh-Datum bin ich ein wenig flexibel, ein Tag mehr oder weniger macht keinen Unterschied.
Schreib mir gerne eine Nachricht bei Interesse, Facetime würde als Besichtigung für mich auch passen.

Hello, I'm Nadine and I'm renting out my shared room for July since I'll be traveling for a month.
The room is fully furnished, and the apartment is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher). I would clear out a part of my wardrobe and clothes rack to make enough space for your belongings.
We're a student flatshare, although in summer, not all three roommates will likely be around all the time. The location of the apartment is very convenient: right next to us is the Augarten park, and the U2 subway station is a maximum of 3 minutes away. The Hofer and Spar supermarkets are also a maximum of 2 minutes away, and there are other shops nearby for everyday needs.
I would appreciate it if you were easy-going and took good care of my things during your stay. :) Regarding the move-in and move-out date, I'm a bit flexible; a day more or less doesn't make a difference.
Feel free to send me a message if you're interested; a Facetime call could work for me as a viewing as well.
